How do I solve this and what is the answer?

When the vertex of an angle ON the circumference of the circle, like the angle ∡BCD
its intercepted arc will have twice its measure. Since the angle measure is 29º, then its intercepted arc is
2 x 29º = 58º
All the angles that intercept the same arc must have the same measure for it to be always 58º.
Then, ∡BAC = 29º
Since the angle ∡BOC vertex is on the center of the circle, it has the same measure of its intercepted arc:
Then, ∡BOC = 58º
