Given the point (-1/2,3)

The equation of the vertical line through the point (-1/2,3) will be parallel to y-axis

so, the equation of the line will be x = -1/2

And the equation of the horizontal line through the point (-1/2 , 3) will be parallel to x-axis

So, the equation of the line will be y = 3
