To answer this question we need to remember that:

[tex]a^{\frac{m}{n}}=\sqrt[n]{a^m}[/tex]

Then in this case we have:

[tex](7x)^{\frac{4}{3}}=\sqrt[3]{(7x)^4}[/tex]

therefore, the expression in radical form is:
