Given figure of cylinder with height 8cm and diameter 8cm.

Volume of cylinder

$=\pi r^2h^{}$

We have given diameter = 8 cm

So, radius

$=\frac{Diameter}{2}$

Radius

$\begin{gathered} =\frac{8}{2} \\ =4 \end{gathered}$

Now, volume of cylinder

$\begin{gathered} =3.14\times4^2\times8 \\ =3.14\times16\times8 \\ =401.92 \end{gathered}$

Hence, volume of cylinder is 401.92 centimetre cube.
