Reviewing Chapter II, on page 3, the conclusion that can be drawn from the narrator's address to the reader in this part of the story is The narrator hopes that his book will encourage people to get out of their houses more often.
Conclusion can be descibed as the final section of of the stopry that comprises the closing paragraph which is been used in the summation of the points that have been made by the author.
