Trigonometric ratios for an angle in a right triangle:

[tex]\begin{gathered} sin\theta=\frac{opposite}{hypotenuse} \\ \\ cos\theta=\frac{adjacent}{hypotenuse} \\ \\ tan\theta=\frac{opposite\text{ }}{adjacent} \end{gathered}[/tex]

The angle formed by the diagonal and the lateral of the tv is x, to find x use the next:

The sum of the interior angles of a triangle is alwaays 180º:

[tex]\begin{gathered} 90º+35º+x=180 \\ x=180º-90º-35º \\ x=55º \end{gathered}[/tex]

Then, the trigonometric ratios that can be used to find h are:

[tex]\begin{gathered} sin35=\frac{h}{32} \\ \\ cos55=\frac{h}{32} \end{gathered}[/tex]
