The first action that should be taken by me as the first to arrive at the scene is to check that scene is safe.
If a 35-year-old man suddenly collapses and is unconscious, it might be due to two reasons. One reason could be that he had some health issues, and because of that, he collapsed. Another reason could be that he has been attacked from a distance suddenly and has collapsed.
As a person who has reached the scene first, we should always check the safety of the scene. We should check if someone is around us or watching us secretly.
Then we should try to help the unconscious, collapsed man, understand if his pulse is okay, and try to wake him up. It would be a part of his first aid.
