you multiply the numbers that are in front

then simplify and the answer is 2

Division

$\frac{\frac{3}{4}}{\frac{8}{3}}$

you multiply the extremes and the solution is the numerator of the result

then multiply the internals and the solution is the denominator of the result

$\begin{gathered} \frac{3\times3}{4\times8} \\ \\ \frac{9}{32} \end{gathered}$
