We have

[tex]h(x)=-3x^3+3x^2+2x+3[/tex]

In order to find h(-4) we need to make each x into -4

[tex]h(-4)=-3(-4)^3+3(-4)^2+2(-4)+3[/tex]

Then we simplify

[tex]h(-4)=235[/tex]
