In this problem we have

substitute the given values in the formula above

[tex]\begin{gathered} M(\frac{-9+2}{2},\frac{4-1}{2}) \\ M(-3.5,1.5) \end{gathered}[/tex]

therefore

point T(-3.5,1.5)
