For this case we have the following function given:

$f(x)=\frac{x^2-3x-28}{x+4}=\frac{(x-7)(x+4)}{x+4}=x-7$

and we can see the we cant divide by 0 when x= -4 so then the discontinuity is removable at x= -4 and the answer would be:

(-4,-11)

Since -4-7= -11
