the given expression is,

h(x)= x²-5x+7

for, h(-8) put x = -8

h(-8) = (-8)^2 - 5(-8) + 7

h(-8) = 64 + 40 + 7

h(-8) = 111

so, 1/3 times of h(-8)

[tex]\begin{gathered} =\frac{1}{3}\times h(-8) \\ =\frac{1}{3}\times111 \\ =\frac{111}{3} \end{gathered}[/tex]

so the answer is 111/3
