Solution

For this case we have the following:

$\frac{5}{xy}+\frac{7}{2x^2}$

And we can do the following:

$\frac{1}{x}(\frac{5}{y}+\frac{7}{2x})=\frac{1}{x}(\frac{10x+7y}{2xy})=\frac{10x+7y}{2x^2y}$

Then the conditions are:

$x_{}\ne0,y\ne0$

since we cant divide by 0 and for this reason thats the restriction
