Find the value of a and b, so that the system of equations has a solution (2, -3)
3x + 5y + 9 = 0

ax + by = 11

Please give an explanation with the answer, thats what im most worried about. 100 points :3

Btw, for any k we will have a set of answers for a and b.
Like if we put k=1 than one answer would be: a=10 & b=3
And so on
