What is the probability of getting number greater than 7 when 2 cards are drawn?
a) with replacement
b) without replacement

Please see the attached photos. Hope this helps :). A simpler approach is to think of the probability of the opposing happening, or not getting a number greater than 7 from either draw. I personally like this style of visualization though :)
