The law provides a mechanism to duties arising from rights and allows parties to enforce promises in a court of law.
Rights and duties are interrelated in each social and political pastime of man. While rights exalt character liberty, duties categorical the dignity of that liberty. Duties of a juridical nature presuppose others of a moral nature which guide them in principle and represent their basis.
Rights and responsibilities go hand in hand. One's proper becomes another's responsibility and vice-versa. Out of the two which takes priority is continually a point of debate. The rights and duties which are critical for a man being section and parcel of society have been enshrined in the Constitution as the Fundamental Rights and Duties.
