Hitler's strategy for Europe was to take it over completely and it affected Great Britain because:
Hitler was establishing governments in the European countries he had conquered and treating certain groups harshly. These groups were forced to escape and a lot of them went to Britain which increased the burden on the government.
Britain also had to fight off the forces of Hitler as they attempted to invade Britain. This led to Britain losing hundreds of thousands of lives to German attacks as well as losses to property.
