Though you add heat, the temperature of boiling water remains constant because all the heat is used to break hydrogen bonds.

What is temperature?

Temperature is the hotness and coldness of a body. Temperature is calculated in kelvin, Celsius. The temperature is increased when heat is added.

Here, in the reaction, the temperature is needed to break the hydrogen bonds, so the heat is sued, thus the temperature does not increase.

Thus, because of boiling, water's temperature doesn't change even when more heat is applied because all the heat is used to dissolve hydrogen bonds.
