Select the FIVE provisions of the English Bill of Rights.

A) Provided that a king or queen would abdicate after reigning 15 years.
B) Provided that all English men and women would have the right to vote for members of Parliament.

E) Guaranteed that the royalty would not interfere with the law. The sovereign (king or queen) could not establish new courts or act as a judge.
F) Guaranteed freedom of speech in Parliament and provided that no proceeding or speech in Parliament could be questioned by any court (outside of Parliament itself).
Guaranteed that Parliament was the supreme power, and the monarch would serve a symbolic role.
G) Provided that the sovereign could not establish or raise taxes without the support and consent of Parliament.
H) Provided that the King would create taxes and parliament was responsible to collect them.
