In this debate, we are to have two speakers, the ones that would argue on the fact that they possesses the divine mandate while the second person is going to have a speech on the abandonment of the mandate.
The first speaker is going to speak on the fact that they have a right to be the one in authority. This person would speak based on the definition of divine mandate which is the fact that God or the heavenly forces has designated him as the ruler of the kingdom.
While the person that is speaking on the abandonment would make a case that has to do with the fact that the person that is now assuming the central authority in the place is no longer working in line with the mandate that they were given. This person may add other reasons that may cause him to say this, this could be reasons such as the behavior of the king.
