We have been told that the drug can only be administered after every four hours thus we have to see to it that there is something else that can be able to engage the child until it is time to administer another dose of the drug.

Bearing in mind that the intervention must be a nonpharmaceutical one. We must be able to thing up activities that could distract the attention of the child away from the pain.
