OBITUARY
Dewie Bilbrey, age 89, passed on out of nowhere of a cardiovascular failure on Sunday, May 13, 2018, at his home in Lenoir City. He was conceived on April 14, 1929, in Overton County, Tennessee.
Gone before in death by guardians Floyd and Stella Bilbrey; and sibling, James Lelon Bilbrey. Dewie was an alum of Livingston Academy and accepted his BS Degree at Tennessee Tech University and Masters's Degree at Peabody/Vanderbilt. He served in the US Army. He lived in Oak Ridge for quite some time prior to moving to Lenoir City in 2011. Dewie was an individual from First United Methodist Church of Oak Ridge where he served in different limits. He was a Chemistry Teacher at Oak Ridge High School for quite a long time. Dewie likewise filled in as a local escort at ORNL and was President of the Retired Teacher Association. He addressed Oak Ridge resigned educators on Elder Advisory Board for the city of Oak Ridge. Dewie partook in the outside, planting, voyaging, and investing energy with his family, particularly his grandkids. Dewie is made due by his better half of 57 years, Suzanne; youngsters, Lisa (Rodney) Kingrea and Alan (Christi) Bilbrey; grandkids, Justin, Madison, Aaron, and Ryan; sibling, Willie Hugh Bilbrey; another more distant family, and long-lasting companions. Support of observing Dewie's life will be held at 2 pm on Wednesday, May 16 at First UMC of Oak Ridge with a gathering and getting of companions to follow.
