What are Logos?
One of the cornerstones of Greek philosophy is the idea of logos, or perhaps the synthesized unity of opposites.
Some history behind logos are-
- The Greek philosopher Heraclitus (6th century BCE) is the first to have proposed it as the basic basis of nature or the world. He thought it lay under (or beyond) on surface of occurrences and was therefore difficult to access.
- He actually claimed that an object's synthetic unity or proportionality—which is concealed at first glance—is what makes it what it is.
