All processes have inputs and outputs.
Every process have five components namely:
Events: Events are the conditions which are necessary to exist for the process to be performed.
Tasks: Task is the smallest unit into which the activity can be broken down into smaller parts.
Decisions: There are certain decisions which may have to be taken as the part of a process.
Inputs: A process cannot function without giving inputs. The correct inputs are just like the correct food for the process. Just like eating unhealthy food makes people unhealthy, giving wrong inputs makes the process unhealthy as well as inefficient.
Outputs: The outputs from the process must be continuously checked. It will help in measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the process and suggesting changes whenever required.
