Looking at the four graphs, the only graph in which the number of bacteria decreased perpetually is the 3rd graph. That is the graph in which antibiotic C was added.
Antibiotic B also decreased the growth of the bacteria initially. However, the bacteria resumed normal growth with time.
It seems the bacteria have become resistant to the effects of Antibiotics A and B. With antibiotic resistance, bacteria thrive in the presence of antibiotics. These microbes are able to develop resistance through natural selection.
Thus, the most effective antibiotic from the graphs would be antibiotic C.
