Hellenic is used to explain the history of Greek in the early years including their culture while Hellenistic period is used to explain the Greek history after the early years which is the classic era.

Element in Hellenic era include;

  • There were smaller empires that was built from the bigger empire
  • Greek gem cutter and engraver

Element in Hellenistic era include;

  • The painting style were three-dimensional
  • Secco and Fresco pattern of painting
  • The use of mosaics landscape
