Right answer: a bill that is out of circulation
The balboa is one of the legal tender coins of Panama, along with the US dollar.
This currency replaced the Colombian peso in 1904 after the independence of this country from Colombia. Since then, its value is set against the US dollar at an 1:1 exchange rate, meaning that 1 balboa coin is equivalent to 1 dollar.
At present there are no bills in circulation denominated in Balboa, only coins, and only dollar bills are used.
This is because the only bills that were printed in 1941 were removed from circulation 7 days later and most were burned.
