What would it be titled? What would you hope to accomplish with your film? I would make it about how doctors should not worry about the patient's money and give them the best treatment regardless. The patient and the hospital can worry about the money after. Some hospitals have programs that will help pay for the treatments to people you need it.

You are gonna have to come up with a title.

Eventually I would like this problem change because it causes lower income people to avoid treatment because they are scared of the price.
