Dom threw down the folder and stood up. This was the
third time in the past month that William had turned in
subpar work. Why do I keep letting him get away with this?
Dom asked himself. Dom knew it was time to put his foot
down, but he'd always had trouble with face-to-face
conflict. Dom took a deep breath and walked over to
William's desk
"Can I speak with you, William?" Dom asked, trying to keep
his voice firm
William spun around in his chair and put his hand over the
receiver of the phone he was holding. Yeah, give me a
