Arthur is trying to find the equation of a perpendicular to y = 1/4x + 4 in slope-intercept form that passes through the point (−2, 6). Which of the following equations will he use?
y − 6 = 1/4(x − (−2))
y − (−2) = 1/4(x − 6)
y − 6 = −4(x − (−2))
y − (−2) = −4(x − 6)

I believe it is the third one but I'm not sure haha : ) Am I correct? Thank you!
