Review the research question.
Which groups are most affected by the closing of the community library?

Which best evaluates the question and explains how it could be revised to better focus the research project?

It is somewhat effective; it could be improved by asking why the groups are affected, which would allow for more explanation and information.

It is very effective; it narrows in on the specific groups that are affected, which prevents the research project from becoming too vague and unfocused.

It is not effective; it could be improved by asking for information about the important effects the closing will have on library employees.

It is not effective; it could be improved by asking for information about the books and services that the library offers.

I just finished the test so yeah lol.. :)

The correct answer is: It is somewhat effective; it could be improved by asking why the groups are affected, wich would allow for more explanation and information.

Although the question is a good start, it might be not suitable enough for a research as it explains too little. By asking only who is affected, we miss great part of the information. In this way we can only describe the people affected but we can't see why are they affected, we need the characteristics that make them different from the rest of the population. Asking "Why the groups are affected?" is an effective way to do so. It gives us context necesary for a more profound research.
