Here, If triangle ZHY & JHI are congruent then, ratio of corresponding sides would be equal.
HY / HI = YZ/IJ = HZ / HJ
Apply the values, 
6/12 = 7/14 
1/2= 1/2

Since, given sides are proportional, Triangles are Congruent here
