Please help now if a country has falling birth rates, what would the government want to do in terms of migration? will they want to force people in to the country? force people out? what about xenophobic governments such as japan?
they would probably want to force new people into the country. more people more births. in the case of japan and other xenophobic countries, they’d have to force people to have pregnancies
