Okay I will not write the homework for you, but I will tell you what a dominant impression is.

Examples of dominant impression include happiness, sadness, comfort, safety, insecurity, sincerity, disgust, delight, satisfaction, joy, frustration, irritation and pain. Dominant impression is the way that the author wants the audience to feel or to be affected when reading his or her written work. For example, if the essay is a description of your kid sister, you might make your dominant impression about how resilient and strong she is and the reader will keep this in mind as you describe everything else about your sister.
