  • The swimmers swim in the water, where the oxygen demand is less and the person in the deficiency of oxygen can develop serious strain on muscles.

  • In the case of a jogger, the person will take a rest and can have sufficient oxygen. Thus, the cramps in the jogger can be cured timely and cannot be fatal.

Thus, the jogger will have fewer chances of developing severe cramps.
