Area of piece of land = 30 + 120 + [tex]24\sqrt{11}[/tex]
= 150 +[tex]24\sqrt{11}[/tex] squared yards
Hence, the area of piece of land= 150 +[tex]24\sqrt{11}[/tex] squared yards
