How to turn a fraction into a decimal

I find it easiest to convert the fraction to over 100 ex. 1/2 is 50/100 then the decimal is .50

You just divide. So 1/4 would equal 0.25. Here are the rest:
1/5=0.2
1/6=0.66....
1/8=0.125
1/9=0.11...
1/10=0.1
1/11=0.09090909..
1/12=0.0833333...
