How do you convert between different units of measure

For most of them it literally says it above
Say for tons to ounces, you times 1 ton by 2000 for pounds, then times 2000 by 16 for ounces

2.54 cm = 1 inch
1 pound = 16 ounces

It's simple, for example if you had 2 inches you would times that by 2.54
and 2 inches = 5.08 cm.
