Help me! Trying to write my character response.

How are John's and Paul’s reactions to the bag similar? How are they different? Use details from the story to support your answer.
Here's the story:

"What do we do? I still think we

should go to the police." John appears to be anxious and takes procautions regarding what may be in the bag. "Before we do that, just look at all this stuff.“ Paul is much more curious and intrigued, he believes the items in the bag will lead to something exciting, which sets them apart.

There both similar because they both are curious and end up exploring it in the end.
