depending on the sentence if its active or passive, you have to rewrite it into the opposite, for example:
1. the hotel receptionist welcomes the guest.
since this is active, meaning present tense, you have to rewrite it into passive, like:
the hotel receptionist welcomed the guests.
do the same for all of the other questions.
