Natural selection is the process in which a weaker, or less advantaged animal loses something to a stronger, more advantaged animal. For example, a frog with a broken leg probably will not get to mate while a healthy  frog will. Evolution is the process of an animal gradually changing over the generations biologically. An example of this is the theory that humans slowly evolved from monkeys, gradually becoming more and more human like.

Evolution is the process in which new species come into being. Natural selection is the tool in which evolution occurs. Evolution according to Charles Darwin refers to the changes that species do to survive. Natural selection is the differentiation and reproduction of individuals. Natural selection allows the more adapted organism to past on their beneficial traits to their offspring. These intern makes that beneficial trait more dominant. The more dominant beneficial traits the more that species will evolve causing evolution of that species.
