Is = moment of inertia in straight position
It = moment of inertia in tucked position.
Wt It = Ws Is
Wt = Is/It ;
Ws = 14 kg m² / 4 kg m² = 14/4 = 3.5
Her angular velocity when tucked is 3.5 greater than when straight.
