The first thing I would consider is the unprofessional approach. Maybe read the parts of the prompt when she was "wearing a sleeveless shirt, smacking her gum."
Would you do this while walking into a job interview? Probably not.
Then, keeping those in mind, try to consider some ways to revise or rethink her approach. How would she come to a job interview next time? Maybe a better wardrobe or to cut off that gum.
Lastly, imagine you were talking to a person. All you have to do is imagine that conversation and talk through that pencil (or keyboard). How would you give advice and suggestions to someone who just tanked an interview?
