Use verbal affrimations daily you could put sticky notes around the house that say things like i am beautiful i am a good person. Look in the mirror everyday and tell yourself i am worth it I am strong. . If one does not believe or have faith in ones self and lacks confidence it shows. People lacking confidence stand with drooping shoulders. There are tell tell signs of someone who lacks the ability to know ones worth . We are all worth it we are all somebody and there is good in everyone you just have to look for the light.
