Communication is essential. if a person does not knows how to communicate effectively people would not understand their message and it will be hard to listen to them. 
Im going to say that it is a puzzle becasue sometimes you get people that you gotta help put back together because they feel low. But i also think that it is like a puzzle because you never know how many things is gonna happen and how long its going to fix it.
