1) Active (directly and deliberately causes a patient death) and Passive Euthanasia (do not directly take patient's life but does allow them to die)

2) Voluntary (Occur at request of person who dies) and Involuntary Euthanasia (Occurs when person who dies chooses life and is killed anyways)

3) Indirect Euthanasia (Providing treatment that usually is used to reduce pain but has a side effect of speeding up patient's death)

4) Assisted Suicide (Person who is going to die wants help killing themselves and asks for it)

Total of seven but I grouped voluntary/involuntary and active/passive in one definition.
