What role have las pepenadores played in México, and what has been the result?
The pepenadores in Mexico are a kind of recyclers. The scavengers have had their function in separating the garbage, what they consider to be valuable objects which, in exchange for money, the industry reuses. Therefore, their role in Mexican society is invaluable because thanks to them the environment is not so deteriorated.
