Does anyone know how to do this?

Answer:
y = - 3x - 4
Step-by-step explanation:
the equation of a line in slope- intercept form is
y = mx + c ( m is the slope and c the y- intercept )
y = 10 - 3x = - 3x + 10 ← is in slope- intercept form
with slope m = - 3
y = - 6x - 4 ← is in slope- intercept form
with y- intercept c = - 4
then equation of required line is
y = - 3x - 4
Hello!
The slope of the first line is -3.
The y-intercept of the second line is -4.
How did I identify the slope & y-intercept?
Let me share my "secret"
Well, both equations are written in slope-intercept form (y=mx+b)
where m = slope & b = y-intercept.
Now you know ;-)
Anyway, the new line should have the same slope as the first line (-3)
And the y-intercept of the second line is -4.
So the equation is
y=-3x-4
Hope everything's clear!
