An example of a "retaliatory discharge" at Gidgits Galore occurs when an employee reports the director of the company for encouraging bribery in the workplace and when the employer is said to finds out about the bribery sandal and then confronts the director who then fires them for it, this can serves as an an example of retaliatory discharge.
