As i ran through the cordoors of the apartment building, it felt like a never ending exit. I tried barging on the doors, but unfortunately no one would answer. I ran as fast as i could through the halls, but he wouldn’t stop, he was determined to chase me, and catch me. As he was catching up. I couldn’t see what he looked like because he stayed in the shadows. All I knew was that he was a man from his muscular body. I could see his abs throw his shirt. As I came to the end of the cordoors, there was a waiting room. *sighed* a dead end you’ve got to be kidding me as i muttered to myself. I tried hiding behind the couch instead, hoping he didn’t see where i went as i *gasps* i watched him walk through the doors near me, closing my eyes hoping he wouldnt find me. when i gently opened them, he disappeared, nowhere to be seen. Hearing the footsteps gushing in one ear and door clicking in the other. The next thing i know there’s a man beside me. As i turned slowly our eyes met. as i was about to scream i held my breath, i blushed slightly hoping it wasn’t noticeable, he gave me the deadliest smile and smirked with his messy brown hair, he looks as if he’s in his mid 30s. He has muculine jawline with light brown and a tint of hazil eyes. He says softly, “what’s the matter velvette?” He knew my name?? but i had no clue who this man was. I stuttered “i i uh erm d d-o i know you?” …..

yes you do. He says softly again. I let my breath out cause I couldn't breathe, and then I answer, "I don't think I know you, but you know me? yes, I DO he yelled and started chasing me again. I could catch my breath at that moment so I could run faster now. But he was FAST. he kept chasing me until we got to a staircase that led to the basement, and another staircase that led to the roof. but for some reason I decided to go to the roof. I climbed as fast as I could, but the stairs felt like they were eternal. Is this apartment cursed or WHAT. The man yelled again and said "VELVETTE, COME BACK NOW". But I never went back. I got to the top and realized that there was nowhere to go now. Except jump off the roof and maybe die. But I ran to the very corner where there was a tiny wall I could hide behind. I watched the man walk around in the light, then I saw his uniform. His uniform was like the janititor's clothes at school. But the side of his uniform say "Cantal Apartment Homes". I look to the street and suddenly, he was right next to ME. And he instead of stabbing me he just said, "your bill has expired 2 weeks ago"... to be continued
